Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If we fail to complete a service as agreed, we will provide a full refund or re-service at no additional cost
• If you are unsatisfied with service quality, we will work to correct the issue before any refund is considered
• Refunds for completed services are not typically provided, but we will work to ensure your satisfaction
• Prepaid service packages may be refunded on a prorated basis if services are cancelled mid-term

Weather-Related Issues

Lawn care services are weather-dependent. If weather conditions prevent service completion, we will reschedule at no additional charge. We do not provide refunds for weather-related service delays.

Material and Product Warranty

For any products or materials we provide (such as plants, mulch, or fertilizer), we warrant that products will be as described and free from defects at the time of delivery. If you receive defective materials, contact us immediately for replacement or refund.
