Creativecourse provides lawn care and greenery services. As a service-based business, our policies differ from product-based companies. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding our services.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:
Lawn care services are weather-dependent. If weather conditions prevent service completion, we will reschedule at no additional charge. We do not provide refunds for weather-related service delays.
For any products or materials we provide (such as plants, mulch, or fertilizer), we warrant that products will be as described and free from defects at the time of delivery. If you receive defective materials, contact us immediately for replacement or refund.
